2008 Viña Ventisquero Sauvignon Blanc Reserva (Chile, Aconcagua, Casablanca Valley) <$10USD

Appearance: Pale yellow with silvery tints. low color intensity, medium – viscosity Nose: Pomelo, lime, hay, asparagus and gooseberry Palate: Citrus- pomelo, lime, with grassy notes Conclusion: a crisp, light white with very nice balanced acidity and aromatics. Approachable and ready to drink.
